I believe this is the finest known from the Fr. 1529* 1928-D legal tenders. Track & Price records indicate only six other examples that are close. A 66 realized 49,350 in 2017 and the results drop by 90% to around $5,800 for a 64. This note is certainly better that the 64 and likely the 66, but others can decide that. From Stack's 3/93 sale.
