New Coat of arms for the commonwealth. with date and legend. Very Rare in bronze. Pop of only 1 at PCGS. With only a pop of 3 at both PCGS & NGC. This example is the Top Pop and condition census at MS63 as the 2 graded at NGC are MS61 and MS62. Pleasing original luster with some scattered spots of toning throughout. PCGS Plate coin! Likely one of the most coveted of all US-Philippine medals. Truly a rare piece and a treat to encounter in any grade.
