McCrae (CSA European agent), and John Slidell (CSA commissioner to Paris). Grayish-brown tint on white, watermarked paper with each coupon watermarked with its due date, Confederacy with flag, bales, etc. at top center, Last coupon is hand-signed. VF condition with toning, especially along fold lines on back. Rarity 5 with 201 to 350 extant, c. 1600 issued. No imprint. Rare.
