McCrae (CSA European agent), and John Slidell (CSA commissioner to Paris). Orange-brown tint on white, watermarked paper with each coupon watermarked with its due date, Confederacy with flag, bales, etc. at top center, Hand-signed last coupon dated 1st March, 1883. VF condition with annotation at top center, some toning and signs of wear on back. Rarity 5- with 351 to 500 extant, c. 3000 issued. No imprint.
