Haxby PA-415 G2a. January 20, 1862. Fully signed and issued. PCGS notes tape repaired edge tear and minor stains. Dirt common in Proof condition but quite rare as an issued piece. Top central vignette "In Harbor" and printed by National Bank Note Co. Despite its problems this is an excellent opportunity to obtain a rare piece.
