Grade: PCGS Very Ch. New 64 PPQ
Low Serial #2. January 1, 1863. The October 1, 1862 date was penned over in red ink. Signed by G.W. Hutchinson as Clerk. A couple of months ago we just saw a serial number 3 note, in this same 64 PPQ grade, sell for over $400. Virtually identical but with a better serial number.
