Only two notes have received a better grade at either service, and by only a single point. A really well margined and well centered example of this always-desirable numbered district FRN. The consecutive note to this one looks virtually identical and is housed in a PCGS 67PPQ holder. In September, we saw a PMG 64 EPQ piece sell for over $550.
