I can't even remember when we last had any note of this type to offer. The T-15 is one of the rarest and most desirable of all the Confederate issues. Printed on high quality, red-fiber paper by the American Bank Note Company in New Orleans under the name Southern Bank Note Company. It is considered to be the most beautiful of the red and black Confederate issues. Just 14,860 notes were printed. While this one has a large hole cancel at right center, the cancel does not affect any of the vignettes or the signatures. The back of the note is clean without distracting marks. Overall, a most attractive and eye-appealing note.
