Here is a neat Minnesota Red Seal that is the second Red Seal known from this Lac Qui Parle County bank in western Minnesota. This makes nine large notes reported, but don't wait as the Blue Seals are scarce as well. Excellent pen signatures of J.R. Swann, President and an unknown cashier.
