This is an absolutely stunning example of this Virginia rice paper issue which has a scarcer low denomination. These notes are tissue paper thin and they easily tore, had holes, etc. Problem-free examples earning the PPQ designation are simply rare and are highly coveted in the collecting community. This is about the highest grade note we can find of this denomination. Newman lists this at $600 in XF which is likely realistic for a note with such eye appeal.
