A much scarcer and very desirable example of the highest denomination from this issue. PCGS notes edge splits and tears of which we notice two, both at the top and the bottom of the center fold. A bright and very well-signed example that should be well received. There were only 1,000 printed of this denomination which explains the Newman value of $400 in VF with no higher grade given.
