A glorious example of this tougher issue which has edge splits and tears, although truthfully we only can find one at the bottom of the center fold. Bright and very well-signed with nearly full ornamentation, this note should be quite a catch for one lucky bidder. Newman values these at $400 in VF with no higher grade given.
