A handsome New York Colonial that faces up wonderfully with superb print quality on the state Coat of Arms and border designs. Your cataloger so desperately wants to call this note XF but there is really one fold too many and a couple of miniscule splits along the center fold. All in all this is still a very desirable piece for a Colonial type set.
