An astounding example of this very scarce North Carolina issue that is the first readily attainable series for this colony. The paper is very bright and three signatures remain bold and clear. The back is flooded with the usual period endorsements. This note is solid for the grade with just a couple of edge splits, a fact that is very atypical for notes from this colony.
