An extremely scarce note no matter how you slice it. PCGS notes backed with some repaired edge tears but when these are seen it is almost always with some problems. With a printing of only 4,000, the 5 Pound denomination is by far the scarcer of the two for this issue and auction appearances are few and far between. The only listing in Newman is an example graded UNC that brought over $5,000 in a 2004 Stacks sale.
