This extremely rare one-bank town had an amazingly low $130 in large size outstanding in 1935. Colorado collectors have been waiting a long time for this opportunity, since neither of the two known large notes have been offered for public sale in at least the last 30 years or so. We suspect the other large note is in strong hands, as was this example. As a matter of fact, the only note that Track and Price could find offered on this institution was a single small note from the Mayer Collection. A medium size tear in the bottom margin should not dissuade you from pursuing this great Colorado rarity. Super pen signatures only add to the desirability.
