The Kansas, Illinois First Charter hoard was basically all CU notes, with the occasional piece downgraded for some minor handling or storage fold. The reason this note is not CU must be hidden by the holder, since the one bumped corner seems trivial. The red overprint is as bold as it comes and the margins are good.
