There are 12 large notes reported from this St. Clair County bank that shows no records of known Red Seals. This note is a Red Seal, and though it has circulation, it also has a very nice appearance. The signatures are extremely faint. Only 950 sheets of Red Seals were issued. With Freeburg being located just across from St. Louis, this should create more interest.
