Here is a better Watertown bank whose census consists of eight notes, of which only two are Red Seals. There is no record of the other Red Seal in any public sale, and even this note has only appeared once. That was in 2006, the last time a note of any kind was available on this bank. It is interesting to note that this bank and the NB & Loan Company of Watertown have consecutive charter numbers and both were liquidated on December 15, 1910. There must be a story there.
