This is the rare and popular railroad train vignette with Justice at the right and Ceres on the left. This note was printed by the Southern Banknote Company and it was beautifully engraved. Only 14,860 notes were issued. There were two cut-out cancels that have been expertly restored. They were located on the bottom edge and are very difficult to detect.
