This is a suburb/part of Minneapolis that was originally chartered with the title that later changed to Richfield National Bank of Minneapolis, which remains unreported. There are six large notes recorded with this title and this one seems tied for the top spot. The signatures are stamped but I don't have the proper bank directory to figure them out.
