A nice note from an old collection that is new to the census. Signed in black by Wm. Leiser, President and A.E. Barshell, Cashier. The Fine note in the Mayer Collection (2008) realized $1,495. The town site was selected in September 1881 at the junction of the Grand River and the Gunnison River, thus its name.
