Here is a beautiful, conservatively graded $1 First Charter Territorial that last appeared as part of the Q. David Bowers Collection. This is one of eight Territorials known. Beautifully centered, excellent paper quality and pen signatures of C.P. Higgins, President and Ferd Kennett, Cashier. Way back in 2006 we sold a VG 10 at $21,850, just showing the rarity. A name, C.T. Usher?, is on the back upper margin.
