Neither Haxby nor Wait have listed any proofs of this design with this being the only example we can find any record of. It is mounted on cardstock with four hole punch cancels at bottom and without any ABNC stamp on the back. Superior black printed devices upon snow white paper gives an almost cameo contrast. Central vignette of horse drawn carriage with passengers at back. In today's market, the best of the best obsolete proofs are being collected at increasingly stronger prices and this note should validate that trend.
