The second of two non-colorized big head $20 FRN serial #1s. If you look over the years, at the serial #00000001s that have been offered at auction, you will find that the majority of uncirculated specimens are in 63 or 64 holders. This wonderful piece is in a PMG 65 EPQ holder, making it a bit rarer than most that have surfaced over the years.
