Not scarce but always a popular note due to the evocative title on the bank. Walter Napier, President, was also President of the Texas Banker's Association in 1941. This is an evenly circulated note that actually looks like a VF 30 to me. Type 2s are much scarcer as there are only seven or so known and this is the finest one.
