Nothing short of a sensational example of this proof that was printed on India paper and mounted on cardstock. Four punch cancels seen at bottom along the signature lines. An outstanding example with evocative maritime vignette with sailboats and steamships. Bold black inks are printed upon bright white paper giving it the appearance of elegance and grace. One of only a few that we have ever encountered and likely the finest one of the group.
