GA-124 $40 May 4, 1778
Grade:
PCGS Apparent VF 30
The $20 denomination from this issue is by far the most common and the one that is obtainable in high grade. Although there are some edge repairs with pieces replaced and redrawn, there are five well-executed signatures, great seal color on the vignette, and bold blue cartouche seen at left. In 2013, we saw a similarly graded example sell for over $1,000 and the market has taken quite a leap in the intervening time.

$ 750.00
Estimate:
($ 1,250.00 - $ 2,500.00)
