In consulting USA Rare and Mike Abramson, two specialists in fancy serial numbered notes, both concur that they have evidence of only 13 $1 FRNs from 1963 - 2009 that have surfaced with serial #99999999. Considering that several hundred collectors are seeking out fancy serial numbered notes, a total population of 13 just isn't enough. This is amongst the best of the 13 and we expect a battle for this note.
