Notes from the state's capital bank are few and far between and it's by far the most elusive state capital. There are only 13 small notes reported and the large notes on this charter, with just eight known, are in very tight hands. The note offered is evenly circulated with nice paper quality for a VF 20, possibly a bit higher grade. I have only ever offered three notes from here; two UNCS (the same note twice) and a VF at $15,400 some 15 years ago.
