It is always exciting to be able to offer such an affordable and exciting note as the Ch. UNC $1,000 1918 FRN. The census indicates a total of 52 $1,000 San Francisco notes and 152 in all grades and all districts which certainly is not many, especially when only 20 are indicated to be UNC. The vignettes are wonderful and the color and centering seem to indicate a higher grade. The current bid on the Green Sheet is $75,000, but I cannot find any sale of UNC notes in nearly four years. I feel this quality of material is up for some serious demand so it's a great opportunity to fill this spot in your collection with a fabulous note. The PCGS population report shows they have graded a single 65 PPQ, two 64 PPQs and two 64s. That's great company to be in for one of the finest known.
