A bright Rainbow $20 that has very nice subdued color and is reasonably well centered. No doubt a fraction of the value of the previous lot but a great type note. This note last appeared at a Heritage auction in 2009 at $13,800 and only one has been offered since in August 2012 at $18,400. Only three '63s' have been graded.
