A wholesome specimen of the first circulating $20. PMG comments 'margin nick' entirely confined to unprinted border and totally consistent with the grade. The comment 'splits' is meaningless, as they cannot be located. The margins are enormous for the issue, the inks remain deep and this would be equally at home in a Fine 12 holder, the grade that most would assign.
