If a Philly $1,000 that looks Gem is out of your budget then this sharp, evenly circulated New York might just fill the bill. This note has the Burke-Glass signatures along with even margins and decent color. There are only 28 serial numbers recorded but only eight, possibly higher grade, are showing up. There has not been another offered since July 2007 when a VF 20 brought $18,400. A year earlier I sold a VF at $19,550. From all indications these are higher now.
