Grade: PCGS Ch. Abt. New 58 PPQ
This is a lovely example of a tougher signature combination. This note certainly has the appearance of an UNC in the holder and the grade of 58 PPQ indicates excellent paper quality as well. There was a group of these that came out within the last 10 years but they were mostly new and very high priced. This is a lovely note at your price.
