Vignettes of Miss Liberty with a shield, flag and eagle on the left, a train in the center and a maiden on the right. There is a red seal on the left and a red number on the right. The back is green overall with text in an oval. Imprint: The Kellogg & Buckeley Co., Hartford, Conn. The note has a large brown stain.
