It's very seldom that you will find a circulated example of this black back Silver Certificate with this great color and centering. PCGS has called this note Apparent for minor edge restoration but even that gentle language seems tough to me. It's a note that has excellent color and body but somewhat mishandled. This note was in need of closing minor splits to keep them from getting worse. Only under magnification can I see where anything was done. Visually, a super note for the issue.
