Here is a lovely example of the last variety of the Daniel Manning $20 Silver Certificate. The seal is small blue scalloped which is on the right and the left side is balanced by the double "XX" Roman numeral. The bright white paper and originality, along with the bold black, blue and green inks which are laid on the paper with perfection, make for a beautiful note. Such quality is rarely exceeded (yet the Diamond Bar example is actually a higher grade).
