This note was graded a very conservative Fine 12 by PCGS, although the holder is gone, the label is enclosed. I cannot imagine not calling this Fine 15, but there is no other grade that fits. I want Fine 18 for notes that deserve it, maybe this one or maybe not. The facts are that there are only five examples known in the collecting world of this Friedberg number and two of those are in government collections. This note can be tracked to Robert Schermerhorn originally and then to me in 1988. I have handled the other two as well, both are higher grades, but they seem to be in major collections. This may well be your only opportunity to acquire this signature combination in the foreseeable future, and notes no rarer than this have traded in excess of $100,000. Don't miss this chance. Previously graded Fine 12 by PCGS, label enclosed.
