Here is a shot to acquire a gorgeous William Windom low serial #E52. While it's graded Very Ch. New 64 PPQ this is what collectors want in a Windom note. The dark red lipstick seal that when added to the wonderful centering, beautiful paper quality and low serial number makes this beauty very desirable. I must say it looks like a Gem from here.
