The Series of 1906 completely changed the look of the Gold Certificates as they were transitioned in style from 1882 to 1905 to 1906. The Series of 1906 had a variety of signatures, but exquisite notes like this are extremely scarce. There were 10,064,000 notes printed. Approximately 123 are listed in the Gengerke census, with only 23 listed as UNC. It appears that both PCGS and PMG have given their seal of approval to this grade.
