A beautiful new addition to the census from a very short-lived Kansas City bank, in business for just 22 months, from 1917 to 1919. They issued 7,560 sheets of $5s, and 1,520 sheets of $50s and $100s. The bank was absorbed by Fidelity National Bank & Trust Co.
