Here is a gorgeous example of the rarely seen $100 red seal FRN. This type is normally only seen from this district because of a hoard of 18 notes that surfaced a couple of decades ago, probably from an old banking family. This note is a beauty that has excellent embossing, especially in the middle area. graded Ch. New 63 PPQ by PCGS.
