IL-660-100. No imprint. Obverse is red and black. The back, which is inverted, is green on white with a picture of a building in the center. Printed in red on a banner across the back is, "Summer Term Opens July 6, 1891". Design and denomination not listed in Schingoethe. The left half of front of note is quite soiled. The back is remarkably clean and free of the soiling from the front.
