Black and blue with vignettes of Miss Liberty, an eagle and American flag on the left and Miss Liberty with shield, pole and Liberty cap on the right. A large blue denomination "ONE" in the center. Large, ornate signature of Eastman across top center. Same style signature of Eastman in red on the reverse. Imprint: Western Engraving Co., Chicago. The bottom margin is close.
