We're careful not to encourage 'crack-outs' for reconsideration and possible upgrade, but this piece certainly needs to be considered. The paper wave is readily apparent, the embossing jumps out and the inks are bold. In the holder, this note appears to be Ch. UNC 63 EPQ. A monster example of a perennially popular type. Worth multiples of what the holder suggests.
