CT-200-20. Aug. 1877. Full size, unissued note. Black and white with green undertint on the face. Vignettes of a woman on the left, cattle in the center and a lady with a shield on the right. There is a red seal on the left and a red number on the right. The back is green overall with text in an oval. Imprint: The Kellogg & Buckeley Co., Hartford, Conn. Several folds, including some with separations. Small pieces missing and some tape repair. If the rough looking $10 listed here does not reach your definition of "butt ugly", this one will. Still...a rare note.
