Ten piece lot. There are two sets of stamp scrip from New Philadelphia; one is heavily used, the other a set of remainders with light clip shadow. There are also a few unused stamps for each scrip value, a most unusual occurrence. The Niles $1 is very scarce and not cancelled, but with a significant area of foxing. All three of the Painesville notes have a small piece out of upper left center margin. Also the 25˘ and $1 have an area of foxing.
