This is the first red seal to appear on this early, southwest Missouri community. Of the 14 notes currently listed, two are Brownbacks and the others are blue seals. This note has been down-graded to Fine because of a tear, but the quality is VF. A neat Jasper County find. Graded Fine 12, large tear right margin, by PMG.
