This 1863 $10 is virtually a match for the Fr. 126b Apparent 64 listed here. It's my guess this note just had a corner or handling that was too noticeable to grade it higher. The only easy way to see the flaws is through careful inspection when you hold it to the light. If this note were not graded many could be fooled. Broad margins and brilliant color on this example.
